Please note that Jolie & Cosy clothing is handmade and sizes may vary slightly. Colors may also appear different from those seen on the screen, please rest assured that the photos shown are however as close to reality as possible.
Jolie & Cosy ships to CANADA ONLY.
Once the transaction is completed, I will take care of preparing your order for delivery. This will be dispatched to you within 3 to 5 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is shipped.
Shipping fees applicable for all orders in Canada are calculated at the time of purchase for orders less than $ 175. Delivery is FREE with any purchase of $ 175 or more.
RETURN POLICY

I guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund is allowed for a period of 10 days following the receipt of your order. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have your goods in hand and the return transaction is completed.
Please note that if you have taken advantage of free shipping, and after your return, your invoice is less than $ 70, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can also return or exchange the merchandise at my office in Laval, Duvernay area, FREE OF CHARGE.
We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong return address. No returns will be accepted if the goods are not returned in their original condition. Any damaged product cannot be exchanged or refunded
REFUND POLICY
In case of damage or error on the order, it will be my pleasure to discuss possible compensation. I may ask for a photo of the damaged product. The reimbursement will be made by the same payment method as the initial transaction, once the goods have been received. I reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the goods do not meet our return policy.
